Economic Stimulus Utility Filings

New Jersey's utilities have responded to the current economic听recession by听filing for expedited utility infrastructure improvements and听energy efficiency initiatives with the goal of creating and maintaining jobs to strengthen our local economy.听

The Board at its Agenda Meeting on January 28 approved an Order naming President Fox as the presiding commissioner in to expedite the processing of the Utility Infrastructure filings.听 President Fox by Order date February 2 established a procedural schedule of the Infrastructure filings.
