The Office of the State Comptroller’s Public Contracting Oversight Division (PCOD) recently hosted two informational webinars to help newly elected and appointed officers, officials, and employees understand New Jersey’s public contracting requirements. Recordings of both sessions are now available.
Program Description:
These trainings introduce participants to the role of the Office of the State Comptroller, explain PCOD’s oversight responsibilities, and outline key requirements under N.J.S.A. 52:15C‑10, Executive Order 166, and Executive Order 125. They are intended to support contracting units in meeting their obligations related to the submission and review of contracts and proposed procurements.
