DNA laboratory workers, represented by Patricia A. Villanueva, Esq., with the Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of State Police, Office of Forensic Science, appeal the denial of their grievance concerning the exclusion of their participation in the Model Telework Pilot Program for State Executive Branch Employees.
