Important Class Information: Attendance on day one is required. If you are unable to do so, please notify your agency's training coordinator and the Registration Team 10 days prior to the class start date.
Course Description
This two-day course will cover the basic functions and features of SharePoint 2013. Participants will be able to effectively utilize resources on a typical SharePoint Foundation team site in the course of performing normal business tasks.
Learning Objectives:
- Access and navigate SharePoint content
- Add, upload, modify, search for, and preview documents in document libraries
- Add and modify items in lists, configure list views, and filter and group lists
- Create and update your profile; tag, share, and follow content on your personal sites; and create and manage a personal blog
- Access, create, save, and manage document versions and synchronize data with Microsoft Office applications
- Synchronize SharePoint data, work offline, and access data from a mobile device

Registration
Learning Management System Users: Please login into your Learning Management System account and navigate to “Now Enrolling” from the “Browse” drop-down menu. Select the training you wish to register for and click “Enroll.” This will initiate the required approval process.
External participants, can click to complete the HR-1 Training Authorization Form. Your direct supervisor, departmental training coordinator, and fiscal officer must approve the form. HR-1's received without proper approval will be returned to the Department's Training Coordinator.
Please note: You are not scheduled for the requested classroom training until you receive an official email confirmation from CLIP.
