Examples:
- Tents and similar structures to remain erect past November 30, 2021 or to be erected December 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022 are not permitted to utilize the "Winter Tenting Guidance" below (see EXPIRED) and are to follow the normal operating procedures of the Uniform Construction Code, N.J.A.C. 5:23. (see ACTIVE guidance below).
- Permit applications received after August 3, 2021 for Minor Work projects, as referenced within the "Ongoing Construction Guidance" below (see EXPIRED), are to follow the normal operating procedures of the Uniform Construction Code, N.J.A.C. 5:23.
