CDBG-DR Infrastructure Subrecipient Manual
In accordance with their program agreement, all non-state government subrecipients of Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) grant funding for Hurricane Ida recovery are required to adhere to the procedures outlined in the Infrastructure Subrecipient Manual. Any exceptions to these procedures must receive prior approval from the Division of Disaster Recovery and Mitigation (DRM). Subrecipients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines, and their adherence will be monitored accordingly.
