The DRGR Public Action Plan, Consolidated Action Plan, and Quarterly Performance Reports are posted for Hurricane Ida recovery programs funded with federal Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) monies.

DRGR Public Action Plan -- This is the official version of the 星空无限传媒app’s Hurricane Ida Action Plan, including amendments, as submitted into the federal Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting (DRGR) system.
Consolidated Action Plan -- This is a version of the DRGR Public Action Plan that is presented in an easier to read format.
Action Plan Amendment 10 -- Substantial Amendment for changes to modify the budget; changes to the Small Rental Repair Program (SRRP) to add Urgent Need as a National Objective; changes to the Homeowner Assistance and Recovery Program (HARP) to add a reimbursement pathway; changes to the Resilient Communities Program to remove FEMA BRIC references; changes to the Ivy Hill Storm Water Mitigation Program to designate New Jersey DCA the program responsibility entity; changes to the Smart Move Program to add other state or federal buyout program participants as eligible occupant applicants; and changes to add the Housing Mitigation Fund Program.
Action Plan Amendment 9 -- Non-Substantial Amendment to modify the Smart Move Program, specifically sections Smart Move Housing Development, 4.10.13 Program Affordability Period, 4.10.18 Program Maximum Assistance, 4.10.19 Program Estimate Begin and End Dates, 4.10.21 Program Competitive Application Overview, 4.10.22 Program Method of Distribution Description/Overview and to modify the Small Rental Repair Program (SRRP), specifically sections 4.8.35 Program Description, 4.8.35 Program Description, 4.10.11 Program Competitive Application Overview.
Action Plan Amendment 8 -- Substantial Amendment for changes to the Blue Acres Program to change the program maximum assistance.
Action Plan Amendment 7 constituted an administrative non-substantial amendment pertaining to DRGR, which addressed formatting changes.
Action Plan Amendment 6 -- Non-Substantial Amendment to modify Section 4.1.4 to add Pathway 4: DCA selected Non-Profit Contractors to the Homeowner Assistance and Recovery Program (HARP) and modify the budget to move funding between Homeowner Assistance and Repair Program (HARP) and Homeowner Temporary Relocation Assistance (HRA) program in both the first and second allocation to assure that DCA will meet the 15% public service cap in the second allocation of Ida.
Action Plan Amendment 5 -- Substantial Amendment for changes associated with implementing the State’s policy for certain areas in Manville and changes associated with changing the damage impact thresholds in the Homeowner Assistance and Recovery Program (HARP).
Action Plan Amendment 4 -- Substantial Amendment for changes to allocate the additional $149,229,000 in Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG–DR) funds to existing and newly created Ida programs; add the Ivy Hill Storm Water Mitigation Program; add the Resilient Multifamily Housing Program; move funding from the FEMA Non-Federal Match program to the Homeowner Assistance and Recovery Program (HARP); move funding from the Statewide Housing Mitigation Tool and Resilient NJ to the Housing Counseling and Legal Services Program; modify HARP to create the HARP Rental Assistance-Temporary Relocation public services budget line item; modify the Smart Move Program to amend program requirements; and modify the Smart Move Program to create a budget line item to fund infrastructure in support of housing.
Action Plan Amendment 3 -- Non-Substantial Amendment to modify Section 4.8.76 Resilient Communities by removing the minimum grant award.
Action Plan Amendment 2 -- Substantial Amendment to modify Section 4.8.29 in the Blue Acres Program by changing safe house incentives eligibility; modify Section 4.8.35, 4.8.41, 4.8.43 in the Small Rental Repair Program by removing reconstruction as an eligible activity; modify Section 4.8.74 in the Resilient Communities Program by removing comprehensive planning as an eligible activity; and modify Section 4.8.95 and 4.8.98 in the Resilient New Jersey program by removing municipalities as stand-alone eligible applicants to the program and adding counties and regional consulting teams.
Action Plan Amendment 1 -- Non-Substantial Amendment to modify Section 4.8.10 Homeowner Assistance and Recovery Program (HARP) by removing and adding applicant program pathways; modify Section 4.8.19 Smart Move by changing the program start date; modify Section 4.8.55 TBRA by removing moving costs; clarify Section 4.8.69 Resilient Communities Program by changing technical assistance to an optional service; modify Section 4.8.101 Resilient NJ by changing the program start date; and DRGR data correction to Program Budget in DRGR.
