PUBLIC NOTICE
The State has developed its Draft Federal Fiscal Year 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, and 2025 Annual Action Plan based on its annual allocations for CDBG, ESG, HOME,
HOPWA, HTF and Recovery Housing.
The 30-day public comment period on the draft plan commences on June 28, 2025, and ends on July 28, 2025.
Any comments regarding the Draft Plans can be presented at a HYBRID hearing scheduled for Tuesday July 22nd at 2 PM or can be e-mailed to Sheri Malnak at
Sheri.Malnak@dca.nj.gov by July 28, 2025.
Hearing information:
An in-person hearing is scheduled for July 22nd at 2 PM at the NJ Department of Community Affairs’ building located at 101 S. Broad Street, Trenton, NJ in conference room 129.
