The Housing Production Unit (HPU) open program application for the National Housing Trust Funds (NHTF) is currently down in SAGE as the program transitions from State Fiscal Year 2026 to State Fiscal Year 2027. The RFPs will be open again under FY2027 in a few weeks. Thank you.
This office assists in the development of affordable housing units for income-eligible families.
