Resources
Educators, parents, students, and other stakeholders will find information related to Title I, Part A rules and requirements as articulated by the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA), reauthorized by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). These tools will assist in the design, development, and implementation of local educational agencies' (LEAs) Title I, Part A programs and services. Additional information and guidance will be included as it becomes available.

- Evidence-Based Interventions and Strategies (Formerly Scientifically Based Research)
- Evidence-based interventions and strategies are practices or programs that have evidence to show that they are effective at producing results and improving outcomes when implemented. The kind of evidence described in ESSA has generally been produced through formal studies and research. Under ESSA, there are four tiers, or levels, of evidence.
