Fraudulent procurement and credit notifications requesting sensitive financial information are being made to businesses using the name of the NJ Department of Health (NJDOH). NJDOH does not send unsolicited notifications to non-business partners, nor does it ask for credit, payment or banking information.

If you believe you have been contacted fraudulently in this manner, please report it to the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office and/or the  or call 1-866-4-SAFE-NJ.

 All Bidders must submit written questions and Quotes to centralprocurement@doh.nj.gov

 Note: Please include “Bidding Opportunity #10-16-25-23DPA" in the subject line of all emails related to this procurement. Bidders are advised that failure to do so could result in missed emails due to volume. 

Contract Term:  The Contract shall terminate after the Using Agency certifies successful completion of all deliverables. However, the Contractor shall remain responsible for all warranty claims.  		 Thursday, October 23, 2025 by 2PM EST Friday, November 7, 2025 by 2PM EST
