The New Jersey Office of the Secretary of Higher Education is hosting its fall ‘Some College, No Degree’ (SCND) convening via Zoom on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 from 10 a.m. to noon. Join us as we discuss updates from the statewide Some College, No Degree initiative, overview an adult learner engagement framework, and gain insights from SCND work underway in Kentucky and Pennsylvania.
