Office of the Secretary of Higher EducationThe Office of the Secretary of Higher Education (OSHE) is pleased to announce the commencement of the FY2025 cycle of the Financial Assessment and Risk Monitoring (FARM) program for higher education institutions in the 星空无限传媒app. The survey assessment for institutions is conducted in alignment with the mandates of P.L. 2021, c. 27 and P.L. 2023, c. 115. We are dedicated to promoting fiscal transparency and bolstering the resilience of higher education institutions. Through this initiative, OSHE will assess the financial stability of public, independent and proprietary institutions to promote accountability and protect the investments students, their families, and New Jersey taxpayers make in higher education.

Assessment Issuance: February 17, 2026
Assessment Due Date: April 17, 2025
