Traumatic Brain Injury Council
DDS serves as staff to the New Jersey Advisory Council on Traumatic Brain Injury. Composed of 26 members, the TBI Council holds quarterly public meetings to advise the Department of Human Services of issues relevant to brain injury services.

Traumatic Brain Injury Review Committee
The TBI Fund Review Committee is established pursuant to NJAC 10:141 et seq. within the Division of Disability Services, Department of Human Services, to implement the provisions of the Fund.
Responsibilities of the Committee shall be:
- Reviewing requests for services and supports under the Fund;
- Rendering decisions on support plans;
- Hearing initial reconsiderations for services and supports, which were previously denied by the Review Committee;
- Developing policies and procedures; and
- Identifying problems associated with the administration of the Fund.
