  • General contractors can remove subcontractors from their project card only if the subcontractor has not yet submitted a certified payroll. Tap the garbage can icon next to the subcontractor's name to delete their entry.

  • You must include the occupational work classification field for each employee to submit a certified payroll.
  • Subcontractors can add their own subcontractors by clicking on the "My Subcontractors" button on the project card.
  • Contractors may add and select from multiple locations when they they submit a certified payroll.
  • We remind users to utilize the CSV upload (instead of PDF) if they have more than 10 employees.
  • There is no longer a "select all" option to export payrolls. Users can now export a maximum of 500 results at a time.

  • Pop-up added for contractors to change their status if they click the "final certification" check box
  • Contractor Certification Number added as a column to the Certified Payroll Database and search table
  • Selecting "No Work Week" will make Employee details section inactive

  • You can add a project without a Public Body.

  • You can initiate an email to staff and general contractors if there hasn’t been any activity on a project in the past 6 months.

  • There is a date/time stamp to see the latest MW-562 submission.
  • You can enter OT, double OT, and shift differential when creating a CSV file, PDF, or entering in manually.
  • There are multiple classifications for employees.
  • You can hit a "pause button" on a given project and turn it back on when you're ready to go back to work.
