The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed an amendment to the Requirements for Standard Driver Licenses and Non-Driver Identification Cards regulations. The amendment concerns the documentation required for proof of a Social Security number when applying for a standard driver license. The Commission’s proposal was published in the February 16, 2021 issue of the New Jersey Register.
