Proposed Rule Amendments --  Commercial Passenger Transportation

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed amendments to its zone of rate freedom (ZORF) regulations for autobuses.  The Commission’s proposal was published in the April 1, 2019 issue of the New Jersey Register.

Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, .  Copies may also be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, NJ 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
