Proposed Rule Amendments --  Licensing Service

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed revisions to its Licensing Service proof of identity regulations.  The Commission’s proposal was published in the April 4, 2016 issue of the New Jersey Register.

Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, .    Copies may also be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, NJ 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407.

The public has until June 3, 2016, to submit comments with regard to this proposal.  Comments should be directed to:  Kate Tasch, Administrative Practice Officer, Regulatory and Legislative Affairs, Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, P.O.
