Proposed Rule Amendments -- Regulatory Affairs

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed amendments to its Regulatory Affairs (Commercial Passenger Transportation) Zone of Rate Freedom regulations.  The Commission’s proposal was published in the June 20, 2016 issue of the New Jersey Register.

Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, .    Copies may also be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, NJ 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
