New Jersey Motor Vehicle CommissionThe Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed amended rules pertaining to commercial driver licensing and the new federally mandated entry-level driver training (ELDT). The Commission’s proposal was published in the August 2, 2021 issue of the New Jersey Register.

The public has until October 1, 2021, to submit comments with regard to this proposal. Comments should be directed to: Emily H.
