Motor Vehicle CommissionProposed New Rule Amendments – Compliance and Safety Readoption with Amendments
The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed readoption with amendments to its compliance and safety regulations, which provide for various compliance and safety related items. The Commission’s proposal was published in the December 4, 2017 issue of the New Jersey Register.

The public has until February 2, 2018, to submit comments with regard to this proposal.
