Modivcare Transportation

Modivcare Transportation

Medicaid covers non-emergency medical transportation for NJ Family Care (Medicaid) clients living anywhere in New Jersey. The service is provided by Modivcare, which is monitored by a dedicated unit within the state Department of Human Services.

Long-term care facilities should contact their Modivcare liaison for residents’ concerns about transportation issues.

When these concerns are unresolved, they should be directed to the Modivcare State Monitoring Unit:
