Under the theme "Juntos Somos Mas Fuertes—Together We Are Stronger," the Latino Leadership Conference aims to gather 100–200 college-age Latinos for a day of networking, dialogue, and professional growth across diverse fields such as health, trades, government, entrepreneurship, and STEM. The conference creates an empowering environment for young professionals and college students to connect, learn, and grow through meaningful representation and impactful dialogue.
Attendees will experience a dynamic lineup of young Latino leaders who drive change in their industries. Through keynote presentations, fireside chats, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities, participants explore what it means to lead with excellence in today’s world.
