Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract - Emergency Products & Building Supplies

Notice is hereby given that the ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app is investigating the possibility of entering into a publically advertised multi-state cooperative purchasing agreement for emergency products and building supplies.
Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.
