Multi award contract for; CONTRACTS FOR STATEWIDE EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

The ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app anticipates joining the South Carolina contract in the July 2011- August 2011 timeframe. The State of South Carolina contract term is as follows:

Initial Contract Period: November 1, 2010 through October 31, 2011
Maximum Contract Period: November 1, 2010 through October 31, 2015

Please be advised that it is the intent of the Director of the Division of Purchase and Property to make a contract award to Electronic Risk Consultants (ERC) pursuant to the bid proposal(s) submitted in response to the referenced South Carolina Request for Proposal.

The ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app is permitted to join cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2.
