NOTICE OF INTENT TO PARTICIPATE IN COOPERATIVE CONTRACT

Notice is hereby given that the �ǿ����޴�ýapp intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Strategic Management Consulting Services.

Information regarding the cooperative purchasing agreement may be found on the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance’s (NCPA’s) website at .

The �ǿ����޴�ýapp anticipates joining the NCPA’s contract in August 2019.

The �ǿ����޴�ýapp expects to award a Blanket P.O. to McKinsey & Company, Inc.

The NCPA cooperative purchasing agreement has a term of April 2, 2018 to April 30, 2021, with an option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the �ǿ����޴�ýapp is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Note the comment period ends with the close of business on August 5, 2019.
