NOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
Road Right-of-Way Maintenance Equipment

Notice is hereby given that the ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Road Right-of-Way Maintenance Equipment. 

The State of New Jersey anticipates joining the Sourcewell contract led by the State of Minnesota in the November/December 2023 timeframe. The ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app expects to award contracts to vendors awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead State that also meet New Jersey compliance requirements and execute a New Jersey Participating Addendum.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative procurement agreements.

The comment period ends with the close of business on October 13, 2023. To ensure that your comments are received by the comment period end date, they must be submitted to the Division of Purchase and Property's Hearing Unit at dpp.protest@treas.nj.gov.
