NNOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
Inmate/Resident Telephone Control Services/ Inmate Kiosks

Notice is hereby given that the ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for an Inmate/Resident Telephone Control Services/ Inmate Kiosks to provide Inmate Communications via Inmate Phone Services, Kiosks and Tablets that are installed and maintained by the Vendor.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

The ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app anticipates joining the Inmate/Resident Telephone Control Services/ Inmate Kiosks Contract led by Nevada. The ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app expects to award a Contract to Global Tel*Link Corporation d/b/a ViaPath Technologies (ViaPath).

The Inmate/Resident Telephone Control Services/ Inmate Kiosks Contract has a term of January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2025, with the option to extend up to three (3) additional 1-year-periods.

The comment period ends with the close of business on December 26, 2023. To ensure that your comment is received, it must be submitted to the Division of Purchase and Property’s Hearing Unit at dpp.protest@treas.nj.gov
