New Jersey ranks among the top states in education. This is due to the excellence found within our schools. The 2026 Teacher Climate and Culture Institute: From Insight to Implementation will highlight the innovation and excellence that are hallmarks of our state’s schools.
This one-day institute, implemented by the Office of Educator Effectiveness, provides a platform for educators to collaborate statewide, sharing successful processes, strategies, and policies designed to enhance teacher climate and culture in schools. The institute also reflects a continued commitment to supporting schools in reducing administrative burdens, reclaiming educator time, and advancing practices that improve the day-to-day experience of educators.
The Teacher Climate and Culture Institute will offer attendees sessions led by educators across the state. Sessions will fall under one of the following areas:
• Reducing the Daily Administrative Burden on Educators
• Leveraging Teacher Leadership
• Increasing Teacher Efficacy and Growth
• Leveraging Artificial Intelligence
