Proposal Summary |
This proposal re-adopts with amendments, repeals and new rules, N.J.A.C. 13:81, DNA Database and Database Rules. Full text of the proposal can be found in the New Jersey Register, 47 N.J.R. 78 (a). The rules proposed for re-adoption with amendments ensures reliable regulations governing DNA Database. The rules implement the recent expansion of the DNA Datatbase and Databank Act of 1994 and enhance the ability to solve crimes. |
