State Police Unions Offer $10,000 to Increase Reward for Information for Dulce Alavez

The New Jersey State Police Unions have collectively offered an additional $10,000 reward for information leading to the whereabouts of Dulce Alavez, 5, from Bridgeton City, N.J., who has been missing since September 16.
The funds offered by the State Troopers Fraternal Association, the Non-Commissioned Officers Union, and the Superior Officers Association raises the total reward to $52,000.
