PLEASE NOTE: The qualification application is now an online form with required attachments. Paper qualification applications will no longer be accepted.
You will not be able to save the online qualification application and return to it later. Please only begin the application once you have assembled all of your application materials, including the Qualification Application Certification Form (page 6 of the Qualification Guidelines PDF) with your authorizing board member’s signature. A checklist of the contents of the application form and the required attachments is included in the Qualification Guidelines PDF. Review the requirements carefully and ensure that you have compiled all required materials before beginning the online application.
Qualification applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Complete applications received by the Trust will be reviewed at the next scheduled Cultural Trust Board meeting.
Virtual Office Hours: Virtual office hours are informal drop-in sessions held on Zoom. Cultural Trust staff will be available to provide live technical assistance to potential qualification applicants. Participation is free, but registration is required. Virtual office hours sessions have been scheduled on the following dates:
Workshops: Qualification workshops include an in-depth presentation on the purpose of qualification, qualification requirements, and qualification application, as well as an opportunity for Cultural Trust staff to answer questions from potential qualification applicants.
