MVS Will Honor Driver Testing
Appointments On Monday, December 24
While state offices will be closed on Monday, Dec. 24, Motor Vehicle Services will honor appointments for road testing that day.
“Our employees at the 18 driver testing centers decided that it would create an additional hassle, especially at this time of year, for those people who booked appointments to reschedule them to a later date,” MVS Acting Director Lino Pereira said. Nearly 700 road tests are scheduled for that day, Pereira added.
Applicants who pass their road tests Monday will be able to pick up their licenses when the MVS agency offices re-open for business Wednesday, Dec. 26.
