Transportation Commissioner Jack Lettiere, DMV Director Diane Legreide, Assemblyman Peter J. Barnes, Jr. and Assemblyman Patrick Diegnan will announce the second phase of DMV’s customer service improvements. These initiatives include the installation of Automated Driver License Testing consoles at every agency; waiver of the written test requirement for out-of-state licensed drivers; and the unveiling of the new, customer-friendly web site.
