NOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
Citizen Engagement Services

Notice is hereby given that the ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Citizen Engagement Services to provide the Motor Vehicle Commission with a product catalog that offers access to numerous products including, but not limited to Resident Engagement Platform, Identity and Security Platforms, Point of Sale/Cashiering Platform/Agency Payment solutions, Digital Title & Registration System Platform, Insurance Filings Platform, and Data and Insights/Analytics Platform.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

The ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app anticipates joining the Citizen Engagement Services Contract led by the State of Utah on or about July 2024. The ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app expects to award a Contract to Tyler Technologies.

The Citizen Engagement Services Contract has a term of April 19, 2022, through September 19, 2025, with the option to extend up to two (2) additional 1-year periods.

The comment period ends with the close of business on April 18, 2024 at 4 p.m. To ensure that your comment is received, it must be submitted to the Division of Purchase and Property’s Hearing Unit at dpp.protest@treas.nj.gov.
