Attorney General Referrals
This unit investigates bad checks and dishonored electronic funds payments and reviews both individual and business tax cases, including businesses that failed to register with the State. The unit can refer cases of nonpayment to the Division's Office of Criminal Investigation for potential prosecution.
Disclosure Office
The Disclosure Office is responsible for ensuring the Division complies with confidentiality statutes of the 星空无限传媒app and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to protect State and federal tax information
Contract Liaison
The Contract Liaison Unit maintains contact between us, our contracted collection agency (Pioneer Credit Recovery), taxpayers, and their representatives. This unit provides assistance and guidance in problem situations and oversees Pioneer's management of the Payment Plan Program to ensure the Division's payment plan business rules are followed. They also provide training on Treasury/Taxation policy and procedures in order to enforce the State's tax laws along with our collection procedures.
